Specialising in strategic event design, creative production and theming services internationally, Architects of Vibe (AOV) is the brainchild of Gold Coast based duo Dylan Bond and Cameron Meade.
We revolutionise, innovate, and challenge everything we do. Our team of imagineers and technical specialists blend artistic precision, cutting-edge technology and core strategy into every event, providing a level of service that makes AOV an essential partner.
ENVISION
Every event starts with “why”.
Alongside our clients, AOV critically analyse every event detail long before we craft a concept. We believe that every element, from content to creation need to tie back to the overarching strategy of the event.
We call this the “Envision” phase of AOV’s event design where we assess the theme, branding, purpose, agenda, speakers, budget and client wish lists to best strategise where AOV can help.
DESIGN
Whatever the event (theme, size and location), we guarantee a solution.
We ensure every element is a true reflection of your vision. AOV has access to some of the largest collections of innovative production, unique styling elements, furniture and props in Australia.
We expertly curate a quote, accompanying mood boards, realistic visualisations and renders to showcase our proposed concept.
DELIVER
We pride ourselves on a collaborative “no ego” approach to the delivery of every event. Our team of experts and plethora of world-class suppliers seamlessly coordinate every aspect of an event, no matter how small or large, in a way that is stress-free and leaves all stakeholders loving the AOV experience!
We think outside of the box and ensure that every event has a lasting impact and legacy long after it takes place. AOV doesn't believe in one-night stands, we're with you every step of the way and we strive for long term, multi-event partnerships with our clients.
OUR ETHOS
FESTIVALS & CONCERTS
Our team has over 30 years of combined experience working within the unique landscape that is festivals and concerts. We work closely with the event and site managers to ensure complete alignment on budgets, timelines and deliverables.
We deliver green room fit outs and decor overlay for concerts and festivals down the East Coast of Australia, from office-style spaces with office chairs and plenty of desk space to dressing rooms complete with clothes rails, mirrors, premium lounges and multiple lighting solutions. We can also design and deliver back of house communal spaces, guest lounges, even arcade games and petting zoos.

THEMING & DECOR
We believe that bespoke theming and decor can transform any live event into an unforgettable experience. Our approach begins with a deep understanding of our clients vision and goals. We then collaborate closely with their team to craft a unique concept that resonates with their audience, taking into account the location and timing of the event as well as any site access limitations.
Our team then meticulously designs every detail, from colour schemes and lighting to greenery and props, ensuring a cohesive and immersive environment. We source high-quality materials and manage the development of assets to bring our designs to life, always staying within budget.
On the day of the event, our dedicated team manages the setup and execution, ensuring that every element aligns perfectly and enhances the overall atmosphere. With our comprehensive and personalised approach, we create captivating and memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression on every attendee.
ACTIVATIONS
We work alongside your team to maximise commercial outcomes for your business and stakeholders by crafting unique experiences that are measurable and meet your budget. We begin this process by reverse engineering your desired outcomes to develop an immersive activation that delivers results.
Many agencies lack an understanding of what can and can't be achieved in a live event landscape and that's where we stand apart as our ethos is grounded in setting realistic expectations and, most importantly, following through on what we promise.
We have extensive experience building brand activations across multiple sectors including festivals, hospitality venues, major outdoor events and tourism, by delivering unique concepts that engage and drive awareness.
We will handle all aspects of the activation, from designing and building the activation to managing operations, ensuring a cohesive experience for your audience.

SIGNAGE & DESIGN
Signage is a crucial aspect of live events and activations that many leave to last, we prefer to identify signage needs from the beginning to ensure cohesive colours and finishes across the entire set. Our team can generate mockups and renders of what the finished product will look like so you have confidence that what we deliver is on brand and of a high standard.
We utilise your branding in innovative ways to help convey key messaging, from wayfinding to menus, flags and banners, even neons. With sustainability in mind our aim is to create ongoing assets for your business that can be repurposed and utilised for years to come.
SPONSORSHIP SERVICES
Our sponsorship team have proven themselves as innovators in the fields of event planning, theming, styling and production, entertainment, tour management, marketing and content creation. In 2021 it became obvious to us that many commercial agents lacked the basic understanding of on-site event management, operational matters and consistently failed to deliver meaningful results for promoters and their commercial partners.
