Specialising in strategic event design, creative production and theming services internationally, Architects of Vibe (AOV) is the brainchild of Gold Coast based duo Dylan Bond and Cameron Meade.

 

We revolutionise, innovate, and challenge everything we do. Our team of imagineers and technical specialists blend artistic precision, cutting-edge technology and core strategy into every event, providing a level of service that makes AOV an essential partner.

ENVISION

Every event starts with “why”.


Alongside our clients, AOV critically analyse every event detail long before we craft a concept. We believe that every element, from content to creation need to tie back to the overarching strategy of the event.


We call this the “Envision” phase of AOV’s event design where we assess the theme, branding, purpose, agenda, speakers, budget and client wish lists to best strategise where AOV can help.

DESIGN

Whatever the event (theme, size and location), we guarantee a solution.


We ensure every element is a true reflection of your vision. AOV has access to some of the largest collections of innovative production, unique styling elements, furniture and props in Australia. 

We expertly curate a quote, accompanying mood boards, realistic visualisations and renders to showcase our proposed concept.

We pride ourselves on a collaborative “no ego” approach to the delivery of every event. Our team of experts and plethora of world-class suppliers seamlessly coordinate every aspect of an event, no matter how small or large, in a way that is stress-free and leaves all stakeholders loving the AOV experience!

Envisioning, Designing and Delivering incredible concepts is our bread and butter, we love to transform spaces in unique ways that create a lasting impression on your guests. 

 

Custom backdrops and stage sets, never before seen chandeliers and ceiling installations, branded touchpoints, exquisite table decor, you name it —our team will manage and execute every aspect of your theme and keep you in the loop each step of the way.

 

Need a room flipped in 2 hours for a Gala Dinner? Easy, we’ll work with production and venue teams to pre-rig the decor from the ceiling and blow the minds of your attendees with turnarounds that have to be seen to be believed. With our extensive experience working in corporate and exhibition spaces around the world, we know what is possible within specific timeframes and budgets.

 

We know what our clients want and we bring event concepts to life with a "reuse, reduce, recycle" mindset at the forefront. We're constantly repurposing materials and re-cladding decor from previous events to create unique and innovative designs, while reducing the need for single-use resources.

At Architects of Vibe, we specialise in providing comprehensive technical production support to ensure your event is a resounding success from concept to creation. Our expert team manages all aspects of technical production, from initial planning and design to on-site execution. We work with content creators and in-venue technical teams to deliver world class audio, visual, lighting and digital integration with precision and creativity, ensuring every technical element aligns seamlessly with your event's vision.

 

Our services include:

  • Consultation and Planning: We collaborate with you to understand your goals and tailor a production plan that meets your specific needs.

  • Pre-Event Content Creation and Rehearsals: We work with our clients to help curate content, scripting and run offline rehearsals to ensure you are ready come event time! 

  • Technical Direction & Live Event Support: We provide on-site technical support (in conjunction with in-house AV teams) to ensure smooth operation throughout your entire event.

  SIGNAGE & DESIGN  

Our in-house design team are highly experienced at creating custom designs and signage that will make your event truly stand out. Our collaborative approach ensures detailed signage plans and visibility over each asset, nothing goes to print or live to screen without your approval. 

 

We work with huge brands and national event organisations to deliver in-depth signage overlays and through internal stakeholders, exhibitors, sponsors and venues, we ensure all print and digital signage assets are delivered on time and installed the way we envisioned.

 

We have found that managing the design process alongside the creative theming for an event ensures the most cohesive and aesthetic outcomes that elevate the overall experience for your attendees.   CONFERENCES  

In addition to our above-mentioned service offerings, we support some of Australia's leading PCO's, associations and internal event managers in delivering their conferences and events. 

 

We provide a comprehensive range of services to ensure the successful planning, organisation, and execution of conferences and events right around the world:

 

Budgets, Planning and Coordination: We develop detailed budgets, project plans, timelines/critical paths and schedules to manage all aspects of the conference from start to finish. 

Logistics: We assist our clients in managing all logistical aspects, such as travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, catering, and on-site management.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Management: We can coordinate with exhibitors and sponsors to maximise their visibility and engagement during the conference. 

Post-Event Evaluation: We assist in conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess the event’s success, and identify areas of improvement for future conferences.

We love handling the nitty gritty behind closed doors so our clients can focus on programming content and attendee engagement. Some want us side by side from day one, others need our support for only specific elements. Come event time, regardless, our support knows no bounds and we are there to support every step of the way.

  EXHIBITIONS  

At AOV, we know how much work goes into planning and executing a successful expo and in most occasions, the expo is an event in itself,  requiring tedious stakeholder management for months on end. 

 

We work with local and international trade partners, logistics providers and exhibition companies to offer unique stand design, on time construction, in-booth furniture, signage and audiovisual packages, flooring, power, lighting, and more.

 

The revenue streams created by expos are crucial to the financial and ongoing success of the event. That's why we help our clients raise additional revenue streams through the monetisation of everything from coffee stations and juice bars, to water coolers, charging stations, interactive activations, relaxation areas (masseuse included) and we even help bring the atmosphere to the space with live DJs and Musicians or "Live Video Crosses" with top tier sponsors and exhibitors. 

We don’t believe in one night stands and that’s why we ensure exhibitors, sponsors and stakeholders come back time and time again through our world class project management and delivery.
